Camp 1
Camp 1 was located at Hweichow (29-52 118-26). It was the oldest camp in SACO. The function of this camp was the training of Chinese of the Loyal Patriotic Army in guerrilla warfare, sabotage, and intelligence reporting. More students had been trained at this camp than at any other camp.
